Wellness 101: Sleep Hygiene

So to paraphrase – a good sleep hygiene routine is to:

1.)  Avoid Blue Screens 1 Hour before Bed

2.)  Practise something soothing – Warm Tea, Book, Podcast or Music (Avoid Heavy Metal maybs)

3.) Have a regular routine every night that factors in the hours (7-8) you’ll need in the horizontal position.

4.) Set the temperature and atmosphere in your sleeping palace to be just right!
